For me, it all started when I was pregnant. One morning in the middle of my first trimester, I threw up for the zillionth time — and wet my pants for the first time since I was a kid. After a few weeks I stopped throwing up, but I kept peeing my pants, just a little with a sneeze or a laugh, throughout my pregnancy. This continued after I gave birth.
