For me, it all started when I was pregnant. One morning in the middle of my first trimester, I threw up for the zillionth time — and wet my pants for the first time since I was a kid. After a few weeks I stopped throwing up, but I kept peeing my pants, just a little with a sneeze or a laugh, throughout my pregnancy.

This continued after I gave birth. It was never bad enough that I had to change my pants, but I definitely had to change my undies more than once! Sneezes were the worst.

Worse than that, sex didn't feel the same as it did before I became a mom.

I decided to learn all I could about kegels and the pelvic floor.


So I set up camp at the medical school library at the University of Rochester Medical Center. It felt like I had to dig forever to get the actual facts!

I studied dozens of scientific papers and over several months of research, I created my own personal program, which was so amazing I recently decided to give it a name: The Kegel Queen Three-Minute Pelvic Floor Workout.

When I started doing the Kegel Queen Workout, things changed quickly. In just a few weeks, my problem of leaking pee with a sneeze completely disappeared. So did the uncomfortable pressure I'd been feeling if I tried to run or jump.

And sex got better for both of us.
(When I say "better," I mean the change is unbelievable. We are both astonished at the difference every time. It's like being 21 years old again! The few minutes of work is SO worth it, both in bed and beyond.)
