Peeing Your Pants? Want Better Sex?
The Kegel Queen can help!

Most women know that exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles are a good idea — to improve your sex life, to address prolapse issues, or to help make sure you don't pee in your pants. But you probably don't know how to do these exercises right. (I didn't know, and I'm a nurse!) A lot of women think kegels just don't work, because we do them wrong.

Every woman needs kegels. But kegels are
NOT the “do them anywhere exercise!”

You've been told you can do kegels anywhere, anytime, whenever you're stopped at a red light, standing in line at the bank, or sitting in a boring meeting. But in reality, doing kegels this way is a waste of time. You just can't effectively strengthen your pelvic floor while you drive your car or wait in a grocery line.

“I always thought kegels just didn't work.
I didn't know I was doing them wrong
for years!”
— Marlene Elliott, Interpreter, Portland, OR

                           Alyce Adams, the Kegel Queen,
                    is a mother, women's health
                         advocate, and registered nurse.

For me, it all started when I was pregnant. One morning in the middle of my first trimester, I threw up for the zillionth time — and wet my pants for the first time since I was a kid. After a few weeks I stopped throwing up, but I kept peeing my pants, just a little with a sneeze or a laugh, throughout my pregnancy.

This continued after I gave birth. It was never bad enough that I had to change my pants, but I definitely had to change my undies more than once! Sneezes were the worst.

Worse than that, sex didn't feel the same as it did before I became a mom.

I decided to learn all I could about kegels and the pelvic floor.

So I set up camp at the medical school library at the University of Rochester Medical Center. It felt like I had to dig forever to get the actual facts!

I studied dozens of scientific papers and over several months of research, I created my own personal program, which was so amazing I recently decided to give it a name: The Kegel Queen Three-Minute Pelvic Floor Workout.

When I started doing the Kegel Queen Workout, things changed quickly. In just a few weeks, my problem of leaking pee with a sneeze completely disappeared. So did the uncomfortable pressure I'd been feeling if I tried to run or jump.

And sex got better for both of us.
(When I say "better," I mean the change is unbelievable. We are both astonished at the difference every time. It's like being 21 years old again! The few minutes of work is SO worth it, both in bed and beyond.)

“I've been doing the Kegel Queen's workout for less than two weeks, and I'm already having better sex.”
Jenny C., Teacher, Rochester, NY

Do you need kegels?

  • Are you pregnant?
  • Have you ever had a baby?
  • Are you approaching midlife?
  • Do you leak pee when you don't want to?
  • Are you concerned about prolapse?
  • Are you age 65 or over?
  • Are you interested in better sex — whatever your age?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, kegels can help!

I'm on a mission to share the Kegel Queen Three-Minute Workout with other women. Fundamentally, it's about improving your quality of life. I want you to enjoy the benefits of doing kegels correctly: staying out of adult diapers, keeping your organs where they belong, and having great sex.

And what's special about the Kegel Queen program is this: You'll be reducing stress at the same time that you're building strength and control in the muscles of your pelvic floor. And I've studied the research on how to stick with your kegel exercise program, so you'll have every opportunity for success.

“I thought I was pretty well-educated about my body and women's health topics, but this is information I've never seen anywhere else. The Kegel Queen's instructions are very specific, well-researched, and easy to understand. Now I'm sure that I'm doing these exercises right! Hail to the Queen!”

DISCLAIMER: I'm not putting this in small print, because it's really common sense. You have to take care of yourself, right? Pelvic floor muscle training can benefit many women in many ways. However, the specific results I have experienced by doing the Kegel Queen pelvic floor workout, and those of the women quoted here, may not be typical and may not be experienced by every woman. Every woman's body, genetic makeup, and health history are unique. The results you get with the Kegel Queen program are dependent on the energy you put into the program, as well as your individual anatomy and physiology, pelvic floor nerve or muscle damage you may have experienced, the type and severity of incontinence you have had, and other factors. If you don't try it, you won't get the benefits. Please consult a health care provider if you have pelvic organ prolapse or significant sexual dysfunction, or if you have urinary incontinence that is severe, has appeared suddenly, or has suddenly become worse. Medical intervention may be indicated for some women. All Kegel Queen informational material, including the material presented on this web site, is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for medical advice or other medical care. I can help you learn the right way to do your kegels. And you're the only one who can take care of you.
