Kegel Success in Minutes a Day Course
Kegel Success in Minutes a Day is your how-to-kegel course.
The course is in two one-hour sessions. For each session, you listen to the audio and follow along with the Info Guide.
To access this course, log in to the Kegel Queen Connection and go to the Publications & Audio menu.
Choose these two items, and use them together, at the same time:
You will listen to the audio and follow along with the Info Guide page by page.
You’ll also see other important how-to-kegel information under the Publications & Audio menu, such as the Three-Minute Workout Cheat Sheet, the Keep It Simple Kegels e-book, and the flowsheet that helps you figure out whether you need hands-on help from a health professional.
Live Events
Live events are announced by email and occur at different times each month.
Each month, Kegel Queen members who share a specific health situation are invited to gather on Zoom and discuss their experience. Share your story, learn from other women’s experience, and connect. Click here for more information.
I host two monthly sessions. Often, these are held on the same day at two different times. Bring any pelvic health question! You may speak with me (your camera stays off), chat live with other Kegel Queen members, or post written questions or comments, anonymously if you like.
Click here for upcoming dates, and watch your email for announcements and links.
30-day Total Support Coaching Program
Daily information, inspiration, and support online for 30 days, along with essential info about exercise, diet, and non-surgical options beyond kegels. Pause, re-start, or repeat the program on this page anytime throughout your membership.
Members-Only Library
Inside the KQ Connection, you’ll find a huge collection of articles, recordings, interviews, resources, and checklists.
A few samples:
• Prolapse Dos & Don’ts Checklist
• Urinary Incontinence Dos & Don’ts Checklist
• 2025 Q&A recordings
• I release a new resource list each month based on topics that have come up during Q&A. For the latest monthly resource lists, type the month and year into the Search window.
• Explore: type any topic into the search window and see what you find. Try one of these words to get started: prolapse, urinary, vagina, estrogen, bladder, pessary.
How to Submit Written Questions for Kegel Queen Alyce
If you have pelvic health questions for me, please post them in the KQ Connection. Not every page inside the KQ Connection has a Comments section, but most do.
Here’s how it works:
1.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and leave your question or comment for me. It will look as though your comment is posted with your full name and contact information, but don’t worry, it only looks that way to you because it’s your own comment. Other members cannot see it; only my team and I can.
2.
I personally review every comment before it is posted on the page for others to see. I manually remove your last name. If you’d like to use initials, or a name other than your actual first name, simply let me know as part of your comment and I’ll ensure your privacy.
3.
I’ll post your edited comment and my reply.
