Diane, Massachusetts
" I have enjoyed learning from Alyce because what she communicates makes sense, and has helped me. She has done a lot of reading & research on the issues she teaches about, and presents them in a balanced and appropriate way.
Alyce's manner is poised, professional, and very supportive (in her printed materials, videos, and even just in her emails). Her expertise, integrity, and dedication to educating women about these issues allows me to feel comfortable and confident in learning about them from her.
Alyce's instruction is clear, detailed and practical, which is not particularly easy when describing areas of the body that are quite hidden and, for many, do not have a "language" of sensations that is easy to isolate and engage. Alyce is patient and creative in her ability to continue to "get the message" across about strengthening these "invisible" muscles. "
Hi!
I’m Alyce Adams, RN.
I’m the Kegel Queen. I specialize in pelvic floor muscle training and helping women who want to care for prolapse and incontinence without surgery.
I believe that for women suffering with bladder prolapse, surgery may have a place, but surgery should be a last resort.
